Worn by Dispatch Riders during WW2. Not to be confused with the very simlar Para lid of the time. It differs with a leather liner.

Despatch Rider lid with leather harness

Worn by Dispatch Riders during WW2. Not to be confused with the very simlar Para lid of the time. It differs with a leather liner.
