Hoffbrau's in the West End, Dallas Texas.
The West End is the closest thing Dallas has to a tourist trap but stuck right in the middle is this bar. It caters to the sports fan coming out of either the American Airlines Centre or Union Arena (Ice Hockey, Basketball or Arena League indoor American Football). Its a bit grubby, can be overly air conditioned, can be closed at some really stoopid times as well as selling american urine in a pint glass.
Its redeeming Feature?
This place does some out of this world rib eye steaks and for this fact alone I recommend stopping here for food rather than TGI Friday or Tony Roma's.
