Artillery

The God of War. With only one drawback, it's operated by Gunners.

Napoleon once observed "It is with artillery that one makes war" ... obviously in a French accent.

Artillery works on the basis of setting up a long way away from the enemy... then lobbing explosive things at them. Sniggering during the lobbing is mandatory at present since our current enemies are unlikely to lob things back to any great distance.

Due to the current overstretch of the Infantry, Gunners are likely to find themselves being removed from their cushy rearward location, handed an SA80 and sent off in the direction of the baddies. They can take solace in the thought that the Tankers will be being separated from their mobile kettles about the same time.
