The equivalent of a Staff Sergeant, although they tend to be about 5-10 years older. Not to be confused with Chief Technicans, who wear a 4-blade propeller over the chevrons - as oppose to the crown. If they are anything but Rockapes, they tend to be cheery and kind. If, however, they are Rockapes, they tend to be soulless and ruthless; believing they could snap necks at the click of a finger. Don't worry though, they can't.
