Situated near Chippenham in Wiltshire, the former RAF station of Hullavington is currently home to 9 Supply Regiment, Royal Logistic Corps and is now known as Buckley Barracks.

Over the years it has had many second line roles, notably flying training and maintenance. It is the spiritual home of the Women's' Auxiliary Balloon Corps and graveyard of RAF Survival Equipment Fitters - Hullavington once being home to the Parachute Support Unit.

Many a muffled gunshot could be heard emanating from the direction of the accommodation as hapless 'squippers' dispatched themselves rather than pack or repair yet another trashed PX 'chute.

The RAF Regiment have also occupied the camp during the 1980s and '90s, but the only crab element that survives is 621 Volunteer Gliding School (RAFVR).
