A Black Sea port in the Ukraine, Sevastopol (Sebastopol if you're Russian, not Ukranian) has been on the receiving end of numerous hoofings in history, due to its strategic location and it being home to the Russian Black Sea Fleet or its equivalent.

For some reason, Sevastopol seems to attract the use of very, very, very large artillery pieces when it's under siege. The biggest gun to date that actually fired anything was the 80 cm German piece used in WW2, used to drop BFO shells into the forts at Sevastopol. One underground ammunition dump hidden under a lake was taken out by one of these 800mm BUFFS!
