You had used an external link: [http://www.arrse.co.uk/wiki/The_Royal_Military_Police | (a good example)] This gives us: | (a good example)
There are a couple of problems with this:
- First there was no need to use an external link as an internal link would have been fine (this is what I have currently done).
- The syntax for aliases is different for internal and external links. Basically you don't need the "|" for external links. Thus the code with an external link would have looked like:
[http://www.arrse.co.uk/wiki/The_Royal_Military_Police (a good example)] This gives us: (a good example)

I've just sorted out the 3rd Bn Royal Anglian Regiment page to reflect your comments at the bottom of the page. If something is wrong on here then don't worry about deleting it! -- Bad CO 19:51, 2 June 2006 (BST)
Thanks for your comments on my Talk Page. The Salisbury page shoudl work now. The reason that your photos weren't showing up was due to the fact that mediawiki has a cache system and the page hadn't been refreshed. That should be all sorted now.
One another point - when commenting on peoples talk pages, it is always worth signing yourself using the following code:

Thanks for your continued vigilance against the spammers - we maintain a SpamBlacklist which is very effective at blocking offending URLs. Can I suggest that you put stuff on the Talk Page and then I'll add it to the list. -- Bad CO 11:59, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
