Work Ticket
A form once used for recording a list of drivers, mileage, fuelling and vehicle state (such as VOR) of British Army vehicles. At the end of the month an MT clerk dressed in a medieval cowl and equipped with a quill and abacus recorded the details, checked for anomalies such as “creative” mileage/fuel entries, and issued a new form.
